Mi4 LTE 2014719 how to flash & format by recovery
Mi 4c (china version), Mi4W (world), Mi4 LTE.
mi4 lte have:
Mi 4 LTE-CU China unicom
Mi 4 LTE-CT China Telecom
Mi 4 LTE -CMCC China Mobile .
it is easy for Mi4 LTE-CU and Mi4 LTE-CMCC to change rom.
MI4 LTE-CT diffirent .
(tested on my Mi4 LTE-CT 2GB ram 16GB rom)
Process this if testpoint not work--
Step 1: Down one of the following ROM memory on the machine:
Global rom offical
or custom rom you want flash
Step 2: Install Recovery
You go to Settings - About phone - Type 7 times on MIUI version to enable the Developer menu. Return to the Settings - Additional settings - Developer options - USB Debugging Highlight.
Download and unzip Mi_recovery_by rktool
turn off your Mi4
enter to fastboot mode (volume down + power)
connect to your pc
window button+ r to open run
type: cmd
type: cd c:\ (c if your partition os is c. replace if your partition os is d,e,f....)
type: cd Mi4_Recovery ( to open in mi4_recovery folder)
Type: fastboot flash recovery cancro.img (waiting 3-10s command line windows will display flash sucess.

Type: fastboot reboot
immediately press and hold volume up your Mi4. (press and hold volume up before press enter is better)
if it go to twrp recovery is ok, if go to stock recovery is you press volume up so slow. you must process again
ok disconnect your Mi4 wipe, flash rom nomal ( if you flashed one or more time)
and enjoy!
